The best way to contact us is by email:

We will respond within 2 hours Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.  If you email on the weekend will get back to you on Monday.

Please do not contact us through facebook or any other social media for store related issues.  We can only guarantee a response via email.


We ship through the US Postal Service.  After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email.  Orders received before 2 pm weekdays will ship the same day.  Orders placed after 2 pm will go out the following work day.

Once your order ships you will receive another email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.


We accept returns and issue refunds for the full purchase price of unused items for 30 days from the date of purchase.  It is the customers responsibility to pay shipping back to us for returns.

We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been used.  If you feel an item has failed due to a manufacturing defect, please email us the details along with any photos that are appropriate and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
