Return and Refund Policy

 

If your Product hasn’t been used and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

 

Defective Products

If your product has a defect or issue, we’ve got you covered.

Please send it back for an exchange and include a note with:

1. Your name and address

2. Where and when you purchased your Mougee

3. A brief description of the issue

We will cover return shipping for defective items.
